Mmmmmmmm. I wish I had a couple of slices of that for tray.

Here’s the crust recipe we used:; it only has a 20 minute rise! And then I brushed the crust w olive oil, sprinkled moz & oregano on it, spread out some very tasty tomatoes, salt, pepper, more olive oil & then a sprinkling of fresh basil for the last 5 minutes of the total 15 min cooking time at 400.
