The veggies of my labor

One of the things I’ve been up to lately is building and planting some vegetable beds with my friend Moonpie.

It is so much fun to dig in the dirt and to see things growing, knowing that we’ll get to eat them.  I’m also looking forward to having too much of things and doing some canning/pickling.

We planted tomatoes, potatoes, arugula, spinach, basil, zucchini (quarantined, of course), beets, carrots, leeks, cucumber, nasturtiums, oregano, chamomile, parsley, marigolds, and 3 kinds of beans.
